Each of these beautiful apartments offers a super floor plan with 850 square feet. You will love the huge eat-in kitchen with lots of cabinets and plenty of room for a dining area.
Quality Finishes and Updates - All of our 2-bedroom apartments include central heat and air, vinyl replacement windows, ceiling fans and high quality flooring. Many of them feature high quality luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring in the living room. We use good quality products that are durable and attractive, for both regular maintenance and new updates.
Washer Dryer Hookups - Every 2-bedroom apartment includes hookups for side-by-side washer and electric dryer. No more lugging your laundry to the laundromat!
Rent includes water, sewer, and trash.

Qualifying Criteria:
- Strong rental references from your current and/or previous non-family landlords (with no evictions or past balances due).
- Established take home monthly income of 2.6~2.75 times the monthly rent.
- You are a non-smoker or are comfortable smoking outside only, as all apartments are smoke-free.
- No pets allowed.
