Large Size - With 700 square feet, this 1-bedroom apartment is very expansive, offering lots of storage, generous sized rooms, and a separate dining area with a large window to enjoy the outside view.

Quality Finishes and Updates - All of our large 1-bedroom apartments include central heat and air, vinyl replacement windows, ceiling fans and high quality flooring.  Many of them feature high quality luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring in the living areas.  We use good quality products that are durable and attractive, for both regular maintenance and new updates.

Huge Bathrooms or Washer Dryer Hookups - The large 1-bedroom apartment comes in two varieties. Both are 700 square feet, and most of them have very large bathrooms.  Select apartments include hookups for a stackable washer and electric dryer.

- Strong rental references from your current and/or previous non-family landlords (with no evictions or past balances due).

- Established take home monthly income of 2.6~2.75 times the monthly rent.

- You are a non-smoker or are comfortable smoking outside only, as all apartments are smoke-free.

- We are seeking clean, responsible people who want to be and have courteous, respectful neighbors.
